Rorke's Drift Bridge Guide
Find a way into the Headboy Camp
When you approach the main entrance to their camp, you’ll notice the gate is locked, and there’s no way you’re going to lockpick your way through. Which leads us to another entrance.
Take the path to the right until you come across the forbidden entry.
Go within, pick the lock, and you’re through.
Find David Livingstone's War Medals
Go down the elevator.
Just kidding. It doesn’t matter which button you press, because you’ve been caught. You’ll need to put all your items in the box the guards shove into the elevator if you want it to go anywhere. When it does take you down, you end up in some kind of cage fighting arena, and your first opponent ends up being Danny Defoe, someone who copied your work word-for-word and you got them sacked because of it.
Seems like a proper throw-down.
Your choices of weaponry are simple:
- Padded branch
- Pointy stick
Whichever one you pick, Danny will pick the lethal one.
Once Danny is down for the count, two more contendors will come into the arena for the fight. They’re two females, which really doesn’t matter, just don’t get caught in a pincer attack by the both of them and you should be good.
Once you get back to this quest, you’ve been dropped in a sewer area with dead bodies. Pick up a Jimmy Bar, crawl to the other side and jump on the pipes so you can get to where a vent is and open it, then crawl through.
You’ll come out in a bathroom with a guy who deserves an entry in the Guiness Book of World Records for world’s longest piss.
You’ll be prompted to open the skills menu and choose to buy Sweet Dreams in order to take this guy and future enemies out from behind and in their sleep.
Once you clear out the Headboys, there are stairs leading up to a door you’ll need to lockpick.
Inside you’ll find the war medals handing on a mannequin.
Find a Power Cell
Exit the Shore Battery Bunker
Easy enough. Just take the door that has the big red EXIT sign beside it.
Don’t forget to take your stash back before climbing the ladder.
Exit the Camp Courtyard
There are three enemies in this location, but you’re able to stealth within the tall dandelion type of grass. Just note when you’re concealed and when you’re not–and keep an eye on where your enemies are and which way they’re facing.
One of them is easy to take down, as he’ll head over to the toilet with his back to you and take a piss. The next one close by is sitting in a chair by a campfire. You can’t kill him from behind with him sitting there, so you’ll need to use a distraction to get him out of the seat.
The main one to watch is making rounds in the general area.
He spotted me, so we took a few hits with our fists.
Leave through the locked gate.
Give David Livingstone back his medals
Make your way through Garden District until you come across a man–he’ll initiate a cutscene of a bunch of residents who don’t seem too happy about your being there.
The woman that helps you opens the quest Dress for Success–finish that now, or soon–then move forward and speak with David to finally get that damn card.
Escape Barrow Holm
Hightail it back to that little shack where you first spoke with David and place the Power Cell into its proper place, which then powers up the keycard reader that you’ll interact with next.
Once activated, head out and into the Down Detector Booth.
Surely you’re happy to get out of Garden District, right?
In any case, it doesn’t matter, because you short circuit the thing with how depressed you are apparently. Now you can continue with Point of Departure.
