Choke out the Headboy
There’s no help for this guy. His leaky faucet’s never getting fixed, and there’s no part out there to replace it, so it’s time to put a permanent end to the splatter. Sneak up behind him in a crouch and do a Takedown (which you should’ve used a skill point to use in Rorke’s Drift Bridge).
Sneak your way to the next room
There’s only one Headboy in this area, and he’s pretty easy to sneak behind and kill. After that you can freely explore the room and look through stuff until you’re ready for the next area.
Distract the Headboys
All you have to do is throw a bottle to catch someone’s attention, and that’s it. (Well, make sure you get rid of the guards or they’ll get rid of you, but for the quest, yeah.)
Now get back to Rorke’s Drift Bridge.
