You may or may not have visited the Farmhouse in question, but whatever the case, once you get close enough bring Ikaros out and he’ll pinpoint where she is exactly.
If you haven’t been here before, there’s a lady in a cage that you can set free. This helps complete the Farmhouse area, but she’s not going to help you complete The Unkindest Cut. The woman you’re looking for is also in a cage, but in a small side area close to the house.
Open that cage, follow her out, and engage in conversation.
Lykaos will come along and you’ll be met with some choices.
What choice should you make?
- You must be the one to kill her.
- Violence won’t solve anything.
- I’ll kill her.
With the first option, it turns out he’s unable to kill her, and it’s your time to leave, because there’s no help for a coward.
The second option, while there’s some confusion that goes along with this answer, it’s ultimately the best one you could make, because afterward you can choose another romantic option.
If you decide to kill her, you can do it, but he won’t be terribly happy that you did.
