Searing Gorge is a contested zone, meant for players level 40-60 and founded in Classic World of Warcraft. There aren’t a whole lot of quests in this zone, and I think I only leveled in it myself when I first started playing. It’s just…not that thrilling of a zone.

Below are the types of treasure chests that I’ve found in Searing Gorge. You won’t be able to find a chest in every single location they appear in, and they are on a timer if someone happens to take the specific chests in the zone before you.

As far as mining and herbalism alone, there is no good route, because using one profession to gather enough mats isn’t good in Searing Gorge. You can make a lap around and get a decent amount, but the nodes themselves won’t respawn for a while longer (at least, not for us druids). Which means you’d be flying a route without getting anything until the nodes respawned again.

This zone has not yet been tested for fishing.
Skinning
This zone has not yet been tested for skinning locations.
Rares
Links regarding the types of beasts you can tame will take you to the Petopia page regarding their species. Petopia gives you a whole lot of information revolving around hunter pets, so if you’re a hunter, go check the site out.

I took two laps around this route and killed everything that was near me at the time. I avoided any of the underground areas, just because all of this net me a good amount of items.
