After getting the Builder’s License, you then need to register the workshop at the Town Hall. After that you can start taking commissions in Commerce Guild. The Town Hall is located besides the Commerce Guild.
Yeah, there’s a misspelling up there, but hey, that’s how the game has it! Anyway, head out of this building and go into the one right next to it. Er, the Portia Government building, not the construction one. It’s a tad too early for that nonsense.
Speak with Gale and he’ll ask you what the name of your workshop is. I named mine Gold Getter, because that’s what I do in these kinds of games.
If you don’t like your name later on, you can change it.
Well, you’re an official workshop owner at this point, and Presley says so himself once you go back and speak with him to finish the mission. Huzzah!
