Go meet Eddy the Mariner
Look at your map and at Stay-A-While Bay you’ll want to track Eddy’s position. He doesn’t move from the spot, but you’ll find it’s a nice tracking system for when characters do move around and you want to speak with one of them.
Eddy will be the man that looks like a seasoned captain of the seas.
