After you get back to Ravensthorpe and complete Reporting on Ledecestrescire, you’ll get this quest.
He’s right at the base of your main tree decoration, where the paths split.
And interestingly enough, the man isn’t the one who’s even in charge of the stand or the trade post. It’s a kid! (Though I wouldn’t title him as such as he seems to take a bit of offense and we want him on our side.)
If you’ve played Assassin’s Creed Odyssey you’ll remember there’s a vendor that sells goods for Orichalcum. Well, the Eyes will sell you a variety of goods that refreshes after so much time has passed for Opals. That’s right, if you’ve been collecting Opals while questing, then you should have enough to buy something decent from his stand right now…if there’s anything you want.
I acquired a Mythical Hunter Bow myself since I do a lot of ranged damage and this one happened to shatter the arrows on impact via headshots.
