My Thoughts
Just to be clear, I’ve already played this game, I just haven’t gotten to the point of reviewing it yet. Like many other games that I’ve played and haven’t reviewed.
These things take time, OK? Like…years. When you’re me.
I purchased LEGO Ninjago on Fanatical, as well as some other LEGO video games, because I never knew how fun they’d actually be. Plus, the one thing that called to me with this game is the monstrous cat that starts destroying buildings. That’s exactly what an oversized cat would do and you know it.
Now, the only thing I know regarding ninjas is from the Jackie Chan cartoon show and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. As mentioned in the title, this game goes with the LEGO Ninjago movie. I’ve never watched the show myself, so I don’t know if it follows a lot of its storyline, or if it’s more of a standalone free for all.
Either way, I can’t wait to actually write a review for the game. It’s hilarious and plays a lot smoother than some other LEGO games I’ve played.
