Murloc Mania is an alliance quest within Exile’s Reach after completing Brace for Impact via the game World of Warcraft.
I’m glad you made it out in one piece. Judging by the nearby shipwrecks, I think it’s safe to say the missing expedition ran aground here, too. We can’t move until we’ve got the remaining survivors back on their feet. Unfortunately, our remaining supplies have been stolen by murlocs! Annoying little pests… I need you to recover enough first aid supplies for the wounded. Then we can begin searching for the missing expedition.

Well, happy to see we didn’t die. Wouldn’t it be ironic if the devs put in a very slim chance for players to actually die from that storm? They’re sometimes a wiley sort…
Anyway, if you enjoy the sounds of murlocs dying, then you’ll like this quest.
Otherwise, get ready to feel bad–but not too bad, because they are hoarding your first aid kits.
Keep in mind that the murlocs in this area are neutral. Which means even if you run up to a bunch, they won’t attack you until you make the first attack toward them. It’s nice if you’re a spellcaster that can annihilate a whole bunch from standing in one spot with a DoT.
Also, now’s the time to remember to turn your auto loot feature on in the Interface menu, in case you don’t like manually picking things up. When you loot the dead murlocs, you’ll get the supplies needed.
Is it worth it to farm the murlocs?
I wish I could say yes, because murlocs are typically a good choice of farming…in other areas. As far as this place, they don’t really drop anything of importance aside from the noted quest item, a small amount of currency, and junk. The XP they give you is also pretty small, so I’d say no, it’s not beneficial for you to farm them for anything.
