After slinking through the half-closed door in the quest A Gift From the Past, past the “happy birthday!” corpse, there’s a room on the right that you’ll get the Log: Connor Chasson datapoint, but further into the room on the left will be the Full Stop datapoint you can scan.
This datapoint is the 7th in the menu slot.
