All right, I’m not gonna lie, this is my first official thoughts on a demo game within the LGBTQ+ as I don’t often play them and neither do a lot of other people who aren’t labeled within this group. Since I don’t particularly mind these types of games, and I enjoy visual novels (for the most part), I though I would check out the first game on the list: Gachi-Natsu.
Forgive the “live” block on top of the screenshots. Anyone in my Steam group can check out my broadcasts.
Pros:
- Fantastic male-body artwork
- 3 NSFW scenes
- Voice-acting
Cons:
No English subtitles- Mosaic blurs
First things first, it does say on the product page that it does have English subtitles, but apparently I didn’t notice the “language” button on the lower right of the main screen and when I went into the game and checked in the “options”, the ability to change it to English wasn’t there.
Due to that, I assumed the demo didn’t have English subtitles but yes, it does. You just have to change it from the main screen first before starting the game.
With the mosaic blurs…honestly they aren’t much of an issue because you can still definitely see the detail and know what the hell you’re looking at. They’re pretty large and in your face and not anything you can’t recognize if you’ve already seen one in your life. Or video game. Or…whatever. My point is, if you’ve seen a dick, you know these are them, no matter their flimsy mosaic blurring.
And that gets us into the next thing–the artwork.
The shading on the male bodies is absolutely fantastic, and I like the technique that they used for the shading. Kind of blocky highlights and shadows instead of the typical neat and tidy cell-shading. Men are more rugged looking and it works here.
Every other hentai game I seem to play with males in them, they aren’t drawn very good compared to the women. Like there was no dedication to even try to get them right, since most people who play them focus on the chick anyway. It’s a little degrading, I think, but at least there are games like this one that do the male body justice.
There are around 3 NSFW scenes and I think that overall, the ending was well-placed.
Also…god damn that’s a lot of jizz.
