Speak to Randvi
After completing A Seer’s Solace, you’re able to return home and speak with Randvi sitting outside the large doors to the building where the king is currently holding a meeting. Lucky for you, the meeting should be over with (if you’ve finished the mentioned quest), as mead has been requested, so make your way in and be scolded for your actions.
During the cutscene, there are choices to make, but note that these choices don’t matter, and the outcome only creates different dialogue options.
Once Randvi interrupts us to interrupt the king’s son has returned, the quest is complete.
