Go meet Earline the Rancher
Earline will be at the Plains of Plenty, before you get into the areas with all the farm critters and outside the chicken coop.
All you have to do is speak with her and she’ll mention the coop on your farm that she’s held the key to. It’s finally yours now, and you can buy–basically–chickens and sheep to place in it, but only one at a time.
