Head to The Afterlife

Fast travel to Afterlife and then stand near Jackie to hear him talking on the phone with his mom. After a bit of conversation, you’ll head into The Afterlife, where you’ll speak with a bouncer who will tell you to wait at the bar.

Sit next to Jackie

Take the stool next to Jackie and chat with the bartender for a bit on how to get a drink named after yourself–unfortunately, I don’t think it’s going to happen, but who really knows, right?

Eventually Dex will be ready to see you, in which case you’ll need to follow the bouncer.

Take part in the briefing

When you get in the booth, you’ll need to place the flathead into the case, as well as sit down and listen to what’s going to go down. Eventually you’ll need to pick up the shard on the table to learn everything.

There are two chances to mention Parker’s offer–you don’t have to, but if you do, it won’t change the outcome of what happens.

Follow Jackie

After the Delamain ride, get out of the car and head into the building. You’ll need to stand behind Jackie as he goes through the security doorway where he’ll get tagged for the military equipment he’s carrying. No worries, you’ll go through anyway.

At the receptionist desk, there’s a moment where you’ll need to stall her. If you don’t, T-Bug will cover for you, but she won’t be happy about it.

Next, scan your hand, and follow Jackie over to the bar area, and then to the elevator to 42: Apartments.

Once again, follow Jackie to the room.

Talk to T-Bug

You just listen to T-Bug at this point, then scan the vent to the left of the terrarium.

Wait for the Flathead to breach the system

Eventually the flathead Jackie is controlling becomes stuck somewhere. At which point you’re put in control of it. So wait for T-Bug to cycle through the cameras until you’re able to actually move the flathead.

Scan for a way into the vents

In the first room the vent is going to be on the right side of the terrarium.

The next room has a vent that’s blocked by housekeeping. You’ll need to scan the terrarium’s temp control and fiddle with it on the bottom right in order to move the woman away from it, then move the flathead through the vent.

Go through the vent of the next area, and then interact with the door to jimmy the lock. It doesn’t work as planned, so scan the CCTV access point to the left of the door and jack in. Switch cameras to the next room and figure out what to do with the netrunner. Then scan the shaft on the left side.

Switch cameras again, then scan the vent to the right of the door, on the floor.

Neutralize the netrunner.

Talk to Jackie and T-Bug

Once you’re done controlling the flathead, you’ll converse with the both of them and find out some time will have to pass for T-Bug to get everything situated, so just chat with Jackie for a while.

Head to Yorinobu’s penthouse

Just follow Jackie to the elevator and choose 100: Tavernier Suite.

Go to the safe

First things first, interact with the switch on the left side of the bed. Then on the right side of the bed, take the weapon Kongou. After that, go to where the safe is and jack in for T-Bug to do her thing.

Hide inside the maintenance shaft

You’ll be interrupted by Arasaka heading to his suite, so once he’s close enough and you have to hide, go into the cubby hole behind the TV and wait the scene out.

Escape the penthouse through the window

Wait for T-Bug to tell you to go to the window and stand near it in order for her to start the process of opening it. She disappears from comms, so now it’s all on you and Jackie to escape–also, this is your last chance to get the Satori Katana if you want a one-and-only weapon.

Get to the ladder

Outside and around the corner is where you’ll find the ladder. You’ll need to scoot along the side of the building–needless to say you don’t make it.

Reach the elevator

At this point, you can use your stealth skills (for what seems up to a certain point) or go in guns blazing, but the combat begins once you make your way down the first set of stairs. After that, follow the waypoint until you reach the garage, where you’ll fight more enemies before getting into your car with Delamain.

During the drive you’re interrupted by some drones–shoot them down and continue the ride.

Head to room 204

Go to the room in question and knock on the door.

Have a chat with Dex, then go clean yourself up in the bathroom. Come out, and that’s that.
