The Gift is a mission in the game Cyberpunk 2077 that’s automatically given to you during The Ripperdoc.

Retrieve the Ping quickhack from the netrunner
If you’ve just completed The Ride, then you’ll be near the location you need to go to. If you’re past the point where you’re dropped off by Dex’s driver, then you can fast travel to Kabuki Market.
The location is up on the second floor of the market.
You could take the stairs that are on the other side of the street and kind of hidden away in an alcove, or you could just jump on the umbrellas of the tables and climb up to the second floor that way.
Once inside, speak to the lady behind the counter about the daemon. When you’re looking at her stock of items, the quickhack you’ll want is Ping, which has the yellow exclamation point.
Equip the Ping quickhack in your inventory
Now head into your inventory and equip the new Ping quickhack via your Cyberdeck.
Upload Ping to the camera to find the Access Point
Use your scan on the security camera in the building and use your Scan ability. Once you do, it’ll draw a yellow line to an access point on the wall.
Use your personal link to connect to the Access Point and hack it
Hack into the access point and then you’ve officially completed The Gift.
