Talk to the bouncers

First things first, in order to do this quest, it’s going to need to be done within a specific timeframe: 6PM-6AM. If the time in the game isn’t anywhere between those times, then either you can go and do some other missions and clean the streets of gangs, or you can go into your menu and choose “Skip Time” on the bottom left.

Now don’t be afraid–approach the bouncers.

Sit at the bar and ask about Evelyn

Speak with the bartender–whatever choice you decide on for finding where Evelyn is doesn’t matter, she’ll show herself.

Follow Evelyn to the VIP room

It’s right across from the door you follow Evelyn out through. Once you’re inside, sit down and have a conversation with her regarding the Relic. Once again, choices won’t matter, and based on your talents, you may be able to choose different statements.

Follow Evelyn

After your chat, you’ll follow Evelyn out of the room and down into another where you’ll meet Judy and learn about the whole braindance ordeal.

Talk to Judy

Have a little chat with Judy and she’ll begin talking about the braindance you’ll be entering. Have a seat in the chair when directed, look straight at her, and you’ll be calibrated in.

Before we enter Evelyn’s BD, there’s a sample tutorial Judy has set up for you. If you’ve done this before, then there’s no reason to do the tutorial. Or if you feel you’re able to handle it without, then skip the tutorial altogether.

Follow Judy’s instructions

So the first time you enter the BD, you’re merely watching what originally happened via the recording. You can’t control any of it, and it’s a bit of an intense tragedy. When you come out and come down from your frantic state, Judy switches it to editing mode, which is where the fun begins.

Just keep following her directions and you’ll figure it out.

• Fast forward
• Reset the recording
• Play the recording until you spot the gun
• Scan and inspect the gun
• Switch to the audio layer
• Scan the audio source and listen
• Switch to the visual layer
• Fast forward to where the customer is hit
• Scan and inspect the hurt customer
• Fast forward to where the robber is shot
• Rewind until the CCTV screen appears
• Scan the CCTV screen
• Exit the braindance

Talk to Judy and Evelyn

V wants a bit of a break after that wild ride, but Evelyn is in a bit of a hurry. We agree, but T-Bug needs to get involved and that sort of flusters Judy a bit. They’ll agree to it, though Judy remains unhappy.

Call T-Bug.

Examine the braindance in Analysis Mode to find the Relic

You can choose to watch the entirety of it without entering the editing mode as an option, as well as scan for security systems. The first one’s easy enough, just keep near enough to Evelyn to not leave her range.

Scan the apartment’s security systems (optional)

One of them can be found when Evelyn first enters the apartment, on the wall to the right. There are another two located on top of the ceiling a little further into the room on the right side.

Listen in on Yorinobu

When T-Bug tells you to listen in on the phone conversation, make sure you’re on the audio layer and scan the phone. Just kind of keep between him and Evelyn to listen to the whole thing.

When he sits down on the bed, scan what he’s placing into the drawer to find out the Relic needs to be temperature-controlled.

He’s also got a gun nearby to scan.

Scan for thermal clues to find the Relic

You can find the location of the Relic near the start of the BD recording, when Evelyn walks to the left side. In the corner of the room is an area you can scan within the thermal layer.

After it’s found, exit the BD.

Talk to Evelyn

She want you to cut out the middleman and just work with her on this. You’ll get fifty percent she says, but it doesn’t matter what choice you make. Either one will result in the same outcome. Personally, I always choose “I’ll think about it.”

Leave Judy’s workshop and give Dex a call.

Technically, he calls you, and that ends The Information mission.
