The Ride

Talk to Jackie

Leave Viktor’s area and up the steps where the cat remains, but the food doesn’t. Enter Misty’s section of the storefront and find Jackie relaxing in a chair. Wait for Misty to get done talking for the big guy to notice you.

Meet with Dex

Exit the building to get a call from Regina Jones. Her speech will trigger the Psycho Killer mission.

Head out of this alley and onto the road, then look left in order to see where Dex should be parked. It’s not a long run, and there’s also a shoot-out with some cops happening on the right side if you want to dispatch the thugs before getting into the ride.

Get into Dex’s limo

Climb on into the limo whenever you’re ready for a nice, long chat. Don’t worry too much about the choices. At the end of the convo, you can skip the ride.

Unfortunately, you can’t skip the conversation.

Talk to Jackie

You’ll receive a call from Jackie and exchange some info. At the end, Jackie will ask if you want to tackle Maelstrom first or the client. It doesn’t matter which one is first or second, but choosing Maelstrom starts The Pickup mission, while choosing the client begins The Information mission.
