Bunny-girl with Golden Tummy, it’s an outfit; her tummy isn’t made of gold.

I purchased this game in a bundle of other Hunny Bunny Studio games. I’d already played a handful of them so I decided to go ahead and purchase them in bulk, since most of them aren’t too bad and, well, people have some interest towards them and I’m here to give an honest review.

The base game is a pretty decent play, but nothing too riveting.

Explanation to Negative Feedback

Conversations are stilted

There’s something off with the conversations Lisa has with guests, which are us, I’m guessing, because they sound really mechanical. It’s like when two people are trying to hide something from an outsider and they’re just like:

Did you do the thing?
Yes, I did the thing.
Good, let us do it again some other time.

It’s enough to make you wonder what the hell’s going on, but instead of the stupid example conversation, we have something more along the lines of:

What type of cocktail would you like, sir?
I would like a refreshing cocktail, Lisa.
Very well, here is your Green Meadow cocktail, sir.

It’s all really mechanical sounding like they’re robots impersonating people.

Is this the way foreigners think we American sound when we talk? Because I can assure you that’s not the case. One might say you could dumb it down and then add in some slang and you’ve nailed it.

Lisa can’t dance

That is not a dance, nor is it blending with the rhythm.

That is just swaying left and right while having the body and the hips and the outfit to make it look nice enough to watch. She’s also doing a move you’d see in a disco dance with her fingers making a peace sign sideways and moving it around her face which is sort of funny in a bar scenario.

No speaker names

During the game you’ll be speaking with Lisa, but without any names to go along with what’s being said, it’s sometimes hard to keep track of who is talking. Even if the labels are ‘patron’ or ‘man’ or ‘woman’. It’d be nice to know the person we’re impersonating when she’s technically speaking to us?

There’s at least one time where there’s two people she’s speaking with and giving drinks to.

The only way we really know when she’s not speaking is when us, as the patrons, say her name. Like, “Thank you, Lisa.” or “Yes I would like that, Lisa.” and it’s just not normal for people to talk like this.

Labeled names would’ve been a lot better.

Explanation to Positive Feedback

Can’t look away from Lisa’s outfit

I mean, the gold sheen of the bunny outfit itself, plus her toned body makes for some nice eye candy, and this is coming from a straight person, mind you. Nothing wrong with admiring the body of someone who’s technically showing it off.

Also, I tend to act like a magpie with the whole shiny things catching my attention.

Simplistic puzzles

At first, I don’t think I was all that thrilled with knowing that the puzzles weren’t all that difficult with the amount of pieces they put on the board, but then after some of the puzzle games I’ve played, I became happy with the outcome.

You’ve got the main board to put the pieces on, which will click into the appropriate place, and all the puzzle pieces are laid out underneath the board so you can see them all.

Since this isn’t the NSFW portion of the game, I think it’s better to have the puzzles a bit easier and less time consuming since you’re not really looking forward to something by the end of it like you would with the DLC.

Snazzy bar

Lisa is supposed to be the main attraction, sure, and I wouldn’t mind visiting this bar to get a look at her getup in person, but the bar itself is worth a second glance as well. The gold and red colorations really work together, and the couches and chairs seem to be gold leather.

There’s what looks to be a karaoke room, if you’re coming here with a group of people. The main bar you drink at has gold stools. TV screens litter the walls with different anime girls showing on them. A private sitting room with two big screen TVs and lounges.

If you thought this was just a bar, you’d be wrong.

Clients are definitely being served here.
