The first thing you’ll need to do is pull the lever for the electricity in the Ink Machine area, which you’ll find the direction to on a board to the right after entering this place.
In order to pull the lever, of course, you’ll have to place two Dry Cells in their specific slots to the right of the lever. These are actually incredibly easy to miss for some reason, despite at least one of these Dry Cells glowing in an obvious way if you look toward it. And really, all you have to do is look to the left.
But if for some reason (like me), you turn right to go back through the hallway you came, you’re going to miss the obvious.
So while facing the lever, look to the left.
You can open the chest to find one of the Dry Cells in there. Note that there is a cog wheel in here as well, which we’ll come back to later. On the shelves behind the chest is another Dry Cell for you to take. Once you have them, place them into their slots to the right of the lever.
And there you have it. Both Cells found and used.
