Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Prologue
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Prologue is what you step into upon entering the game Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. It’s where you learn initial battle mechanics and set the pace for the open world gameplay.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Prologue
The battlefield
During your short time on this battlefield you’re going to learn two moves for attacking your enemies, and that’s light attack and your ability Bull Rush, which knocks an opponent back while dealing damage.
Make sure you’re facing the opponent you want to use an attack on, otherwise you will be attacking someone else that’s near you.
By killing all three captains on the battlefield first, you earn the achievement This is Sparta!
When ready, go to the right side of the map for a battle with Kurush.
KURUSH
In this battle, you’ll learn to lock onto your target, dodge, and dodge roll. To have an easier win, you can try to knock him off the cliff’s edge. Otherwise:
- Battle Cry of Ares for more attack power and to take less fatal damage.
- Spartan Kick him off guard.
- Dodge when he glows red. (Longer dodges are more recommended than the simple rolls.)
Choose Difficulty
- Easy: For players focusing on the story, or who are not very familiar with RPG mechanics.
- Normal: The standard experience for players who are familiar with RPG mechanics.
- Hard: For players looking for a challenge, who are also experts with RPG mechanics.
- Nightmare: You like pain–this’ll hurt. If you come out the other side, you’ll be a champion.
Choose Gameplay Mode
- Guided Mode: A more traditional experience. Markers are displayed at all times, and quest objectives are given to you automatically.
- Exploration Mode: A newer approach to playstyle. The user must investigate the world to uncover targets and quest objectives. This is the way Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is meant to be experienced.
Choose Hero
- Alexios
- Kassandra
Personal preference for the character creation. Nothing major changes within the game, whichever one you do pick. But there will be minor changes throughout. Like whether you have a brother or a sister in the game.
