Talk to Edgar Swansea

Cure Mortimer in the room of fatigue.

Head upstairs to Dr. Swansea’s office for a cutscene. Take a left up the steps and the door to his office is on the left in the middle of the wall. Just, y’know, look for the nameplate of his.

Talk to the hospital benefactor

After the scene, the desk on the left side has a Letter of Rakesh Chadana (Rakesh Chadana hint). On the right side, there’s a Warning Letter (Dr. Thoreau Strickland hint) on the left desk. You’ll also be able to read Note to Dr. Swansea (Dr. Waverley Ackroyd hint). There’s a paper on Rare species of vampire on the right desk.

Pippa Hawkins Hint

Go downstairs and to the right where there are two lockers. Open the one on the right for Long Letter (Pippa Hawkins hint)

Rakesh Chadana Hint

Go outside to Rakesh’s little area and speak with him

Milton Hooks Hint

Go to the far right in the area of Rakesh, where there are bodies lined up inside a fenced shed. Search the body for Crumpled letter and read it.

Rakesh Chadana Hint

Go back inside the door and stand behind the desk in front of the window with your vampire senses activated. Once the guy has an erratic heartbeat, you’ll be able to watch a scene as soon as the pool of red appears at your feet.

Thelma Howcroft Hint

Look for Thelma Howcroft.

Head out the front of the hospital and speak to the female vampire on the right side.

Talk to Harriet in the hospital

After the conversation, leave the tent and go around to the right, where you’ll wait with your vampire senses activated in order to see a scene between mother and son (Mortimer Goswick hint).

Go inside the hospital and make your way to Harriet’s room to speak with her.

Thomas Elwood hint

Find him close by once you leave Harriet’s room.

Find Clay Cox outside of the front gates of the hospital.

Find Nurse Dorothy Crane

Before you search for Nurse Crane, grab the Crumpled Letter (Clay Cox hint) sitting beside Clay’s battered chair.

The nurse will be the final one you find, down the steps where the docks are–(where you first showed up here with Swansea), You’ll need to use your vampire senses to catch her speaking with another person.

Retrieve the thug in the sewers

Head into the sewers–you’ll be following one main path for a bit, up until you see a whole lot of blood in one area. Out this next doorway, turn right for an enemy (and one on the ground level). Top side has a Common Barbed Cudgel for you.

Hop down facing the dead-end direction for another enemy.

Continue the main direction and take a left for an enemy. Loot the dead man’s body for The Ban of the Dragon. There’s a boss fight further into the tunnel.

Sewer Beast

• The Common Barbed Cudgel you just obtained works well for its stun
• Guns might be prioritized here
• Weapons don’t do too much damage to it
• If you have Shadow Mist, it’s very difficult to hit him with it
• Basically keep your health up by keeping him stunned

Search the skeletal remains on the ground for Nurse Crane’s Voucher.

Next quest is Blackmail in Whitechapel.
