Speak to Hytham
Hytham is standing beside the signpost to the Hidden Ones Bureau, you need only speak to him.
Build Hytham’s Hidden Ones’ bureau
He’s not asking for much, is he? Just all the resources we’ve accumulated over the storylines we’ve done and the raw materials we’ve stolen from the scant amount of raiding we’ve initiated.
Yeah, not much at all.
With the blacksmith being the first building you’ve built, this should technically be the second one as it’s pretty important, seeing as it has its own quest built into it as well. If you’ve got all the resources you need on hand to build, I’d go ahead and do it now. If not, keep to the storyline, find treasures and loot them wherever you can, and raid the lower level areas around you.
Even if it means you have to travel there by longboat.
Follow Hytham
Hytham declares he’s got a gift to show us but we have to follow him first.
That’s a little shady coming from an assassin. Is he going to stab us in the back?
The answer is no. It’s something so much better.

Now that you’re an official adrenaline junkie, follow Hytham into the boat and across the water to the building where a cutscene follows.
He’ll be talking about the Order of the Ancients, much like the other cult-like groups from the other Assassin’s Creed games.
Also, I had to get into the boat twice in order for him to take off.
And yes, sometimes he does take off without you in the boat.
