The Wolf’s Girl, he’s just a slavering man-beast hungry for that sweet, sweet meat.
This game came in a bundle I bought, and I have to say it’s probably the worst game of the lot. Not as far as the imagery and such, but in terms of translation and just making sense of the whole thing. Don’t buy it as a solo purchase–it definitely belongs in a bundle in order to own it.

FAQ
Is there a supporter’s playthrough of this game?
We’ll have it within our courses:
Who is this game for?
When did my interest get piqued?
Honestly it never really did.
Does The Wolf’s Girl ending explain everything?
Absolutely not, as a storyline. It actually never gave me the ending imagery of both the characters becoming married.
Explanation to Negative Feedback
Artwork for male is bad
We’ve got this pretty girl here enjoying her time in the water, and then the guy comes into the picture–I’m not talking about the small icon for him, either, I’m talking about the actual large imagery of him–and it’s absolutely off-putting. They didn’t even try with drawing this guy, and it obviously wasn’t the same artist, which confuses me. If they can’t draw guys, then okay, at least try to get someone that matches the style of artwork we’re already used to.
He looks sickly and off-color.
English translation is bad
It’s just not good. Throughout the entire time they’re talking they don’t get sentences right at all and words are mismatched. They really needed a translator. And still do.
Girl’s facial expression remains the same
It’s funny; I didn’t notice this until I was writing this review, but yeah. Her face remains stuck in the same expression throughout every scene–except the last one where they both marry.
Also, I’m not going to write another con for this, but her eyes have vertical slits.
Weird “werewolf” aggression
I don’t know what was up with this guy after he became a “werewolf.” He was calling the girl a bitch and to shutup and that he was going to fuck her. An absolute personality change from when we initially got to know his character.
But if my friend grew wolf ears, that’s cool, but that doesn’t give him the right to be all snarly and calling me names.
She seemed a little too okay with it.
Explanation to Positive Feedback
Decent soundtrack
Well, if nothing else at least we have some nice poetic piano music to listen to while we hurl ourselves off a cliff and into this game.

Plot
“The Wolf’s Girl” is an intimate story that unfolds between two friends Sheen and Chloe. Chloe, a sweet girl, who, however, sometimes shows a capricious character with various instructions and orders, persuaded Sheen to go with her to the lake. They say that this lake looks especially charming at night, taking every visitor into heady captivity with its carelessness and tranquility. Since childhood, Shin, an ordinary guy, has been friends with Chloe and tolerates her instructions and, as you might have guessed since childhood loves her like a sister. Coming to the lake, Shin feels bad, he feels some changes inside himself … Soon he will never be able to love her again … as a sister …

Genre(s)
You’ve got puzzle shards that you need to put in the right place on the board. Don’t worry, the pieces snap into place if you’re close enough to where it should be.
It probably should’ve kept to what the other games in the bundle were like and stayed as a puzzle with imagery depicting what was going on, instead of actually being a visual novel that you had to read bad translations of.
The Wolf’s Girl Review
I wanted to like this game because I thought it would be like the other puzzles. Pretty imagery and some puzzle action.
This is what I get for having too high of expectations for a game that was purchased in a bundle of mediocre games. I’d like to say it wouldn’t have been so bad if they changed one or two things, but nah. They’d have to change a lot of things in order to make this game even worth a penny of my time.
For one, most of the static images of the female character are the exact same, they’ve just been switched horizontal to give her a different look–and maybe her hands changed position as well. Then there’s the whole ordeal with her face that never changes to another expression other than a surprised “oh my” look about it.
The artist was either slacking, or they just didn’t have the funds to make more positions for the girl to be in.
Either way, it’s noticeable and not a good thing.
Then they had to do something even worse–they put words to the game. Which is translated horribly–I’m not sure if they used just a Google translator or what, but they probably should’ve went with a real person who knew what was actually being said in English through an alternate language.
I can’t recommend this game. Not even as a substitute for porn due to the images not switching up.
