The Perenolde Tiara is an alliance quest in Stormwind City per Classic World of Warcraft.
The Perenolde Tiara Description
The Perenolde Tiara is an old heirloom of the Perenolde “nobles” – the ruling family of Alterac before that kingdom fell to ruin. It is said to have been crafted by master jewelers in Ironforge, and fitted with the finest of emeralds.
When Alterac was destroyed the Tiara was lost, but there are rumors that an Ogre Mage, Grel’borg the Miser, found the tiara and now wanders the Ruins of Alterac searching for more treasures.
We would have you acquire the tiara for us.

If you’ve yet to get flying, you’ll be traveling a good distance away–especially if you don’t have any flight points tied to Hillsbrad Foothills or near there. Typically, alliance players of lower level will grab Stormpike’s Delivery early on, which will take them to Loch Modan. A zone that’s a fair amount closer to Hillsbrad, if just to fly to.
Head into the Ruins of Alterac at 48,26.
The ogre you’re looking for is Grel’borg the Miser–he’s got a red coloration to him and wanders around the area in question. You can find him easier by creating the simple target macro below.

Warnings:
- Hillsbrad is a horde zone, be careful of getting too close to Tarren Mill or of PvPers (if you have it enabled).
- There’s a level 110 ogre (Ok’rok Icetouch) wandering around the same area as the ogre you’re tracking.
