Admiral Odesyus at Odesyus’ Landing wants you to recover the Traitor’s Communication from Engineer “Spark” Overgrind.

If you hadn’t spoke to the engineer roaming around the beach yet, let me tell you: He’s an asshole. Maybe it’s because he’s short. Short people tend to veer on the irate side of the spectrum.
No offense.
Anyway, find and speak to him and he’ll have a speech prepared for you before attacking.
After you’ve killed him, loot his corpse for the Traitor’s Communication.
