You cannot make out any of the symbols on the tablet. Perhaps the priestess would be able to decipher the mysterious runes.
Quest Objectives:
Take the Rune Covered Tablet to Priestess Kyleen Il’dinare at Odesyus’ Landing on Azuremyst Isle.

- Starts: Rune Covered Tablet
- Ends: Priestess Kyleen Il’dinare (47,70)
You get this tablet off of any of the wrathscales you kill in the southwestern section of Azuremyst Isle. Once you obtain it, you obtain the quest. Once that happens, travel back to the priestess and turn it in.
There will be a short period of conversation afterward where you won’t be able to speak with her again, if you need another quest from her.
