My First Home is a quest within Founder’s Point or Razorwind Shores via the game World of Warcraft. You’ll acquire your first housing situation for a cozy setting.

Greet the steward

Quest start

This quest is obtained when visiting Founder’s Point as alliance or Razorwind Shores as horde for the first time.

You’ll want to head into the Town Center and meet up with Lyssabel Dawnpetal (53,40) for alliance or Tocho Cloudhide (55,57) for horde.

Ask the steward to join you

Because this quest is for both factions, I’m going to state I’m alliance for this guide. Just in case things are a bit different on the horde side of things.

When you speak with the steward, choose:

  • (Quest) I’d like to have a look around.
    • (Quest) Let’s go!

You have the option of exploring the neighborhood if you’ve not done any of this yet and want to get a feel for who’s around the area that you’ll want to meet and speak with. In order to find out where these locations are, you can go into your map and look for the highlighted areas.

Just fly to where the areas are and the steward will tell you about them.

Once you know where the important places are, it’s time to choose your housing situation.

Basically, you can get a house in whatever area you want, as long as there’s an empty plot in front of a cornerstone. If there’s a house already there, that means someone has claimed the plot.

The steward states you can talk to them if you want the house, but I didn’t try to claim any of the taken plots, because why would I? It’d be a little rude of me to try to get someone evicted just for a pretty view or something, y’know?

And since my mom enjoys the lighter climates and being by the seaside, I went for a plot within The Outer Banks.

Speak with your steward to turn in the quest.
