Register Workshop
This is a real easy quest, and one that will probably have you meeting another resident of Sandrock, Pen, which will initiate a side-quest that doesn’t really need a walkthrough–but you’ll learn combat basics.
Anyway, enter the City Hall building for a scene with Matilda and name your workshop.
