Go to the Research Center
This quest is obtained from finding a Data Disc while mining in the Abandoned Ruins (or any of the Ruins, really).
After acquiring one, you can head over to the Research Center, which is in the far corner of the Central Plaza. It’s got an archaeological vibe to it.
Talk to Petra
She’s the dark-haired woman who you’ll be giving a lot of Data Discs to in the future in order to build a variety of things for the townsfolk as well as yourself.
