Follow Loboto
After the main cutscene of Loboto becoming employee of the year and earning a vacation that he’ll only be able to take if his boss writes their signature on the paper–something he seems quite nervous about–you’re required to follow him to said boss.
You’re basically only going to be able to walk fairly slow at first, and then slowly pick up the pace.
I don’t think you need to worry about losing him when he turns that first corner, because he does stop, as you’ll see in that first screenshot. And when you get closer, a shelf with boxes will slide in front of you, which you’ll be prompted to attack.
After you get through the boxes, Loboto will be right around the corner waiting for you (noted in the screenshot) no matter how long you wait, because he senses your trap.
Seeing you initiates another cutscene.
Jump, then double-jump as prompted to get over the barricade to get to Loboto on the left.
As you run down the hall, it stretches out, become an almost never-ending hallway. Eventually it’ll meet up with a wall that’s actually the office turning sideways. At this point, you’ll need to jump left and right onto the cubicles and keep going up until you get the prompt to wall jump. Soon you’ll be on solid ground again and Coach will pass you up, but not for long, because you’ll need to jump into the next section.
Or at least stumble into the next cutscene.
After the initial prompt of dodging the shadow on the ground, you’ll need to dodge shadows several more times until teeth stop falling.
Once the sky is clear, pick up the tooth with Telekenesis and toss it into the empty space that’ll open up (where the stitchings are in the screenshot). It’ll provide a path upwards for you to take.
Jump to the top area by using the tooth brace and unzip the teeth.
In this next section you’ll be attacked by one Censor, then two more at one time. Typically, I’ll throw something at them for a stun and punch them three times, before throwing something else at them, and finishing them off with my fists. You can do it however you want though.
After they’re gone it’s a matter of either progressing forward or collecting the collectables.
The game mentions Emotional Baggage. The tag you’ll need is behind one of the desks. The bag itself is close to where the Coach is standing.
You know the drill. Unzip the teeth.
Head straight for Sasha and PSI Blast that dangling throat thing (lol) so he’ll stop being chomped on. After that, you’ll get a short cutscene where little chompers make there way to nibble your toes.
You can start rushing in and killing them or not, but either way another cutscene will happen and you’ll get to meet a couple of mooks–I mean tooth fairies.
Shoot them down so they’ll drop the gold tooth and use it to get to the other side where the actual teeth are supposed to be the way out.
You should remember this area, and while Sasha is looking for a way out, you’re going to have to deal with some Regrets. Fortunately, they can be taken down in one hit if done properly. Just use your Telekenesis to steal their anvil and hit them with it and poof! They’re gone.
This fight also brings in Censors as well.
Note that Regrets can be killed by a two for one hit (if close enough).
After those fights, a cutscene occurs, where the two Tooth Fairies show up again, this time to try and steal a gold door. As if. Take them both out with your PSI powers.
Jump down into the open door.
Head toward Lili’s voice, but take note when the floor tilts and you lose your footing, you’ll need to dodge the boxes and stuff to not take damage. Pretty simplistic.
After the cutscene, you only need to burn the Only Piggies Squeal poster or whatever to unveil the hidden passage. Converse with Dr. Loboto.
At the end of the hall, burn Dr. Loboto’s poster.
Hop on the teeth to cross the water and burn that giant interactive portrait.
After this cutscene, there’s a fight with Doubts. These suckers will slow you down if you step in their goop, so try not to do that. They are weak to fire though. Along with them are many other enemies we’ve come to know and hate, so quickly dispatch them as you see fit.
Once everything is dead, head to the large poster and burn it.
Oh man, I hate this area and the upcoming one, but it’s pretty straightforward, you just have to time some things properly. Once you’ve done some long jumps and levitating across gaps and have found the updraft, you’ll come across some Doubts.
It’s a small area to work with, but defeat all of them and make your way over to where Millia is.
Hop down the hole.
Time to do some Levitating…though on the ground and not in the air, this time. Make sure to time your jumps properly when you see the gaps and zoom across those teeth, because they fall after you’ve gone over them.
After all that nonsense, it’s all about mixing up the levitating and double-jumping on the platforming sections.
You’ll be doing some battling, but not much.
Eventually you’ll head upward where Loboto is babbling about a box and an egg to himself. Just shut him up by climbing the ladder and initiating a cutscene.
