You acquire this quest automatically after purchasing your house plot.
You did it. You’ve chosen where you want your house to exist. You’ve got the best view you could possibly ask for. The house was built in the span of a few breaths and now it’s just sitting there, waiting for the presence that willed it to be.
You.
So take a breath, and take those trepidatious steps to your front door and enter.
Now finish the quest.
That’s literally it.
