Dream Girlfriend: Twitch Thot 18+, because every female streamer flaunts their body for views and money, right?
This was on steam’s top sellers list for newer NSFW games and…well, it was an interesting concept for me to see how it would portray female Twitch streamers who have “essentials” that a lot of viewers tend to lean toward.
Not only that, but she has interesting hair color and that called to me.
Overall, the simple game banner drew me in by the focus on the purple colorations and a bit of skin from the shoulder drop of the shirt.
She still maintains dignity, but you can tell she’s gonna push it.

FAQ
What is this page?
This is an in-depth critique of the game Dream Girlfriend: Twitch Thot 18+. I go all in with my review by picking apart the game, piece by piece. By doing this, I try to help not only the devs that created the games, but also future aspiring devs by giving my viewpoint on everything as an avid gamer, but please understand…
There may be spoilers.
Is there a supporter’s playthrough of this game?
We’ll have it within our courses:
Title Screen
Background
I have to say they did really good in regards to the title screen’s background. They’ve used kind of soothing colors, both purple and a cyan. Coming from a streamer’s point of view, it’s a decent look for a room where someone streams in. Although, I don’t know why the TV is set off to the side and facing forward like the computer is.
It wouldn’t make sense if she wanted to spin her chair and watch something while also on the computer, because she wouldn’t be able to see the TV properly.
However, for the game’s background screen, it makes sense since you can see both of her main devices, and if her TV had been on the side, you wouldn’t get to see that lovely image of a draenei from World of Warcraft and we wouldn’t get the full effect of that lovely purple lighting.
To complete this setup of the background, we have a gamer chair as well as some gaming posters.
Title Font
There’s nothing really fancy with the title font that they’ve done. It has smooth edges to it instead of the hard edges.
A smoother face.
The soft faint purple glow backing the words is nice enough to have it pop out, and Twitch does tend to focus on the purple side of things.
Menu

- Exit
New Game for when you want to know how a Twitch thot acts for her viewers.
The Gallery can show you the different character clothing sets as she slowly takes them off when you win the games she throws out at you.
You can also turn on and off the glow behind her as well as the glow of the background. Not only that, but you can change the background she’s standing in front of to any of the backgrounds you’ve come across during the gameplay.
Options provides you with some limited changes to the game, like the resolution and if you want fullscreen or not, the volumes of both music and sound, the language of the text, and then if you want achievements on or not.
Which is kind of an odd request in a video game, but whatever.
When you can’t handle this Twitch thot anymore, Exit.
Gameplay

Plot
You play as a most ordinary guy who spends most of his life watching anime and live streams. But one day everything changes – he is given a chance to meet his idol, Alice, a stunning girl streamer, and play a strip game with her, right in front of thousands of viewers!
Join the stream to find what Alice is hiding behind her “perfect girl” façade and… her clothes!
Game Length
It takes around 30 minutes.
Replay Value
You won’t find any here.
Genre(s)
It’s a visual novel mainly because you’re going to be looking at one main image of her just standing there throughout, with some match-3 games scattered throughout. And along with her standing there staring at you, you’ll be reading a lot of text. It gets kind of heated toward the end though, so it might be worth it to read.
Interactions
There aren’t really any interactions in the game, aside from the few match-3 games, which…aren’t all that fun. They seem like more of a mobile game with no benefits to winning except to progress the game, of course.
There are choices in Dream Girlfriend, but they’re really pointless. They add one new line of text directly after your choice and the rest of it stays the same.
You’re still a loser that nobody likes at the start, and a Chad by the end of things.
Characters
Looks
Don’t get me wrong, this chick looks pretty damn good–maybe a bit too thin in the waistline going up to the chest, but the chest forgives that part of her possible flaw for some. Those knockers can probably compete with Lady Dimitrescu’s big boobas if you think about it.
She has a casual stance about her and it remains that way throughout.
She has no movement as far as different poses, no other facial expressions except for that greedy grin.
As someone who colors her hair a lot, I do appreciate those colorations she chose for her hair. And I think a lot of viewers like the creative liberties people take with their hair too. It really stands out from normal hair color.
Narrative
Subtitles
The subtitles are on a teal or purple background that has slight transparency to it. Everything is pretty easy to read and standard.
Errors
Whoever did the translations for this game didn’t do a very good job for the English subtitles. Sometimes the words are wrong or spelled differently than they should be. Maybe even the wrong type of grammar. It’s not like it happens a ton, but it’s enough of a problem that you’ll more than likely notice.
Graphics
Style
The artwork is very nice to look at, especially on the character model because of the smooth soft shading of her body. I hope whoever the artist is gets a better gig for drawing on another game, because the talent seems wasted on this one.
Aside from the Twitch thot, the other type of style of artwork comes from the icons in the match-3 games. They’re simplistic cell-shaded icons.
Soundtrack
Background Music
The background music is pretty mellow at times and kind of heightens a little bit to a beatbox style sporadically. But it’s all the same music throughout I believe. Nothing grand, just some easy listening with some extra beats thrown in to break the monotony of it up.
Sound Effects
There are very few sound effects in this game because there’s very few things to do.
A lot of the sound effects will come from playing the match-3 games. There’s about 3-4 different sounds going on for whatever pieces you choose to go where and how they interact with another, or what type of other icon they become when merged.
Aside from that, there’s there little bubble pop sound when you click to the next text bubble.
Final Thoughts
Maybe if they could’ve added more model poses to the character, and even fixed up the writing, this would be a better game. As it is, when she glares at us or looks like she’s going to cry to her chat–we get none of that through the character model. She’s got the same stance, same expression, same everything throughout.
The only reason you would play this game is to watch her clothes get taken off one by one until she’s completely nude.
There’s not even a sex scene to look at, you have to just read and imagine it playing out in your head.
There are definitely better NSFW games out there that offer you a lot more bang for your buck. Aside from her assets at the end of the game, there isn’t much to look forward to if you want to play it.
