Explanation to Negative Feedback

Everything feels too fast

Whether you’re running to the left or the right to try to get somewhere, driving someone in a boat, or doing mini-games, holy crap everything feels like it is in double speed.

I think one of the main problems with this is you’re using the position of your mouse to control where the character is moving. So if it’s further to the left or right of the screen, you’re going at max speed when in town and the max movement is a little much.

Especially for the boat section, because gas boosts the boat and there are debris in the water you have to avoid.

As far as some of the mini-games, there was one in particular that there’s just no way you’re going to be able to do, and I think it’s where you have to stop orbs from reaching the ground. You’ve got a bar, kind of like in brick breaker and you just move it to underneath the falling orbs.

The problem is the orbs fall faster than you can react and it’s more frustrating than anything else.

Several music choices to dance to

Dancing with Ghosts

As the name states, there will be dancing in this game, and thankfully for someone like me, it’s not a hard rhythm game to dance to once you get the hang of it. And if you forget what to do, the instructions do appear every time you choose a song after the initial dance at the beginning.

Maybe it can be a little annoying to read it over and over, but it gives you a chance to mentally prepare.

It’s not just one song you dance to, or even a set song sequence, either. You can choose which song you want to dance to and even pick from three different difficulties, if you’d rather a more chill and less stressful vibe, or something that’ll have you doing more work.

Mini-games

Dancing with Ghosts

I appreciate the lack of fetch quests and just taking someone from one portion of town to the other in a boat. Instead, in order to help people and earn some extra cash on the side, you have to complete some mini-games. There are a few different mini-games to play and they aren’t all too hard to do, and it’s pretty easy to get a high score.

There is one specific one that felt a little bogus because it just went way too fast.

As stated in the cons, some things just need slowed down.
