Pay off your debt to Viktor – 21000$
Sure, it’s a lot of money at first, but you get it surprisingly quickly as you do side missions or earn street cred by getting rid of gangs, not to mention selling everything that you’re not using. I had enough money before I hit level 9, so it’s not a long wait. It just depends on how long you want to hold onto the money and have Viktor wait for it.
When you speak to him you have the option to give the money.
Vik’s so sweet he tells you to keep it, but you give it all to him anyway, because he deserves it.
