Best Laid Plans of Kobolds and Ogres is a quest within Arathi Highlands via the game World of Warcraft. You’ll need to collect seven Poorly Written Plans from kobolds or orcs.

Speak with Thrall for this quest.
Head into the Go’Shek Farm and start killing any of the Kobold Pillagers and Ogre Destroyers for their poorly written plans, which is either making fun of them for not being able to write that well, or for making terrible plans to begin with.
I believe the plans are a 100% drop rate, but if not, then it’s a pretty darn high drop rate.
You might also be able to find a Stuck Ogre. Apparently they’re too large to fit through a household doorway and get stuck. If you help pull them out, they’ll give you one of their plans as a thanks.
After acquiring all seven, get back with Thrall.
