Regroup with Sigurd
You’ll just need to follow the road to the west to meet up with Sigurd and speak with him in order to initiate a cutscene.
Walk with Sigurd
After it being clarified that Ivarr wants to decapitate Tonna’s head from her body, it’s just going to be you and Sigurd approaching her for a talk.
Choices matter during this conversation.

If you want to pay her the full amount (due to being such a kind person, or because you haven’t been keeping up with your flyting skills, or you don’t want to be hated), then you should have enough at this point. If not, I’d like to point out vendors will buy your junk from you. - Half is all you’re getting (260)
This is if you’re at flyting skill level of 2. If you’ve been keeping up with your flyting and challenging others when they appear in the areas you’re in, then you should have this by now. Unless you’re bad at rhyming and lose the bets. - I’m not going to pay you.
You can be stubborn and keep your money. The options above allow you to be friendly in the given area. Choosing this option means the enemies here are now hostile toward you and will attack on sight.
In other words, choosing the first two options means you can walk freely around the camp without being attacked. Unless you draw your weapon and attack first–enemies or inanimate objects.
There is a restricted area that they guard and needs a key to get into which has two major chests.

Trot back to where Sigurd and the other two are and speak with Ubba.
