AZUR BEAM, someone doesn’t understand what “NSFW” means.

Maybe it’s because at the moment there’s no NSFW images in the gallery, and if that’s the case, why the hell is the game labeled to have adult content? Ugh, people annoy me.

Who is this game for?

Explanation to Negative Feedback

Crashes

Not only did AZUR BEAM crash on me–but it crashed multiple times. Once I actually needed to go into Task Manager in order to get out of it. And not only all that, but I had to re-open Steam, because I was apparently booted out of it for playing this game for some reason.

Read the signs, I guess.

Game needs played twice?

I played a good amount into the casual portion of the game and after getting maybe over 15 gallery images, I decided to check them out–except I couldn’t. The preview portion of their art was there in grayscale, but I couldn’t click on it.

After than going through arcade mode as well, they were actually becoming unlocked.

A little annoying.

No adult content

At least, like I said, not at the moment of me playing it. Maybe they’ll be adding more art that’s NSFW later, but for now…you just get some nice images of women. So if you’re feeling a bit peckish for adult content…move on.

Explanation to Positive Feedback

Nice imagery

I mean, honestly, if they’re going to have something good, at least it’s good artwork to look at, right? Just…maybe not the type you wanted.

Pleasant music

I don’t say it very often, but I really liked the easy listening music. A lot of times the music can seem to become monotonous and really aggravating to listen to over and over again without any reprieve, but they did something right here.

AZUR BEAM Review

I expected more out of this game, honestly, and I don’t know why. A lot of times, these type of puzzle games bother me because if I’m not randomly going in all directions to figure out a pattern, I’m actually putting effort in to think about where to send the piece. Which is actually a good thing, honestly, because it just helps your mind figure things out and keep it in shape, so to speak.

However, I have chronic migraines, so sometimes working something out in my head while staring at the screen isn’t always a plus for me.

The fact that I had to play the two different types of gameplay in order to even see the gallery images just had my migraine going full tilt.

And at the point of the second Steam crash, I was a little over it.

I pretty much started not to care about trying to figure out how to get the square into the hole or out the exit door and began just clicking every which way. Which only caused more frustration, because, hello? Doing the same sequence over and over again isn’t fun. This game became not fun really damn quick.

I didn’t even take the time to look through all the gallery images.

There are better games than this one.
