One Man Army is a side mission in The Wolf Hunt you’ll get in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey within the area of Megaris.

Kill Athenian soldiers in Megaris
This quest either goes along with the mission of The Athenian Leader or Crumble and Burn, as it’s meant to help deplete the Nation Power in order for you to defeat the leader. You have two choices on where you want to go to in order to complete One Man Army.
Your first choice is to go southeast to Port of Nisaia, which is where Crumble and Burn will lead you.
The second choice is to make your way west to Fort Geraneia where The Athenian Leader points to.
Either place you end up at, you’ll be killing a lot of enemies, and you’ll need to kill 20 enemies in order to complete this quest. Personally, the Port gave me all the enemies I needed, but looking back on the original guide I did for this quest which had me going to the Fort left me short a few soldiers. Still, it’s your choice.
If you haven’t got 20 by the time you’re finished with one of the areas, you should be able to go after the weakened Leader and his guards, which should help you finish the quest.
