The Zhevra How-To
If you wish to serve my beloved horde, you’ll have to prove your strength to me, pup. You can cut your teeth by hunting zhevra. They may not be the strongest of beasts in the Barrens, but stay clear of their kick or you’ll regret it.
Hunt the zhevra to the north and south, and collect their hooves. Bring them to me and perhaps we’ll next send you against something tougher.

Slay Zhevra Runners to collect 4 Zhevra Hooves.

Basically Sergra is saying you’re a weak little hordlette until you prove her wrong by dropping some zebras.
While these heavy hooved beasts might not have a 100% drop rate on their hooves (see: Zevra Zebra Heels), don’t cringe too hard, as this quest is nowhere near as bad as the Plainstrider Menace. Here’s hoping that cheered you up a little.
The most prudent spot for killing them and chopping their hooves off is around 52,63. A ton of these guys are moving around here. But really, they’re scattered all over the place.
