Negotiations Guide
Board the Trade Federation battleship
You learn the main controls of the ship at this point, but if you’d rather just land and get it over with, hold down A. If you do want to fly the ship closer, don’t ram the battleship as it won’t be of any great benefit to you.
You can’t shoot it either, so stop trying.
Speak to TC-14
Speak with the robot just ahead and you’ll be requested to follow them.
Follow TC-14
While you’re walking down the corridor, feel free to attack any of the items you can destroy, but just one word of advice…
Don’t stand near the red explosives if you strike them with melee. It’s better to throw your lightsaber at them. They will, you know, explode and you’ll go kablooey and will have to rebuild your LEGO body.
It’s embarrassing.
Once you’re close enough to the end of the second hallway, you’ll automatically go through it to the next room.
Wait for the Trade Federation Viceroy
Here, you’ll learn the ability to levitate chairs with your mind. Pick each of the three chairs up and lower them onto the pedestals (doesn’t matter which chair goes where–stop overthinking it). Once all of them are locked into place, you’ll listen to a little jam and the chairs will start dancing.
Really reminds me of Harry Potter, honestly…
If you destroy all the chairs, the music will stop.
I mean, it’s not exactly battle-music, which you’re going to be forced into a little after the chair scene.
Escape the Trade Federation battleship!
Mayday! Mayday!
Time to start attacking all the droids you see, and there’s actually a pretty good amount grouped together in different areas of the map. You can dispose of them pretty quickly if you make use of the explosives they’re dumb enough to crowd around.
One specific robot is stationed near the door you need to go through and it’s got a shield that’ll drop and reform.
After everyone’s good and busted up, jam your lightsaber into the door and create a hole. No worries if it’s a small hole, the door will explode.
Board the ship and continue the story to Warn the Naboo.
