The Missing Scout is an alliance quest in Azuremyst Isle per The Burning Crusade expansion of World of Warcraft.
We now have several separate confirmations of unusual activity up on the Shadow Ridge.
This is disturbing; we thought that the scouting missions already undertaken had been thorough. One of my scouts hasn’t reported back yet.
<class>, I need you to head southwest to the other side of Silverline Lake and find Tolaan, and see what has delayed him.
Quest Objective:
Find and speak with Tolaan at Shadow Ridge in Ammen Vale.
The Missing Scout Guide
- Starts: Vindicator Aldar (50.6,48.4)
- Ends: Tolaan (34,69.1)
You’ll find the missing scout in the southwest section, before entering the blood elf encampment. He actually has a name, too, so why they didn’t use his name as the quest title makes him of little consequence.
I suppose this is more of a setup to tell us blood elves are bad, and they’re right behind this guy.
Prepare to kill them in an upcoming quest.
