Green skin is a visual symptom in Quarantine Zone. A survivor’s skin tone will have a greenish yellow hue to it.

Red Skin is a visual symptom found in the game Quarantine Zone. The front of a survivor’s face will have a red flush to it.

Skin rash is a symptom in the game Quarantine Zone. You can identify it in the laboratory as a rash with bumps on the skin.

Herpes is a visual symptom in the game Quarantine Zone. In order to identify this rash-like symptom, you’ll need to use the laboratory.

Freckles are a visual symptom in Quarantine Zone. They’re only on the face and the game does a pretty good job of making them stand out.
