Explanation to Negative Feedback
Objective covers map
I’m a fan of how the map looks, and it’s a shame that the objective text covers a portion of it. I mean, sure, you can still clearly see the map, but the text is just kind of obnoxiously lingering there like someone you don’t want to notice, but wants to be noticed.
Useless brother
He just tells us the amount of money we need and sits at a table. My guess is he’s calculating all the funds and just overall handling the money side of things, but still…why are we doing all the work while he sits on his butt all day just looking at numbers I’m making.
Game stuck on stopping
I’ve played through it twice, and there’s nothing on the menu that you can click to exit the game, and so I had to tab out to Steam and hit the stop button.
It doesn’t work. It remains in a “stopping” stasis and you have to actually exit out of Steam fully in order for the game to actually quit trying to run.
Explanation to Positive Feedback
Cute character pixels
I like the amount of details they put into the pixels for the characters when you’re speaking to them. They could’ve made them flat looking without much shading, but they took the time to add wrinkles into their clothing and mussed hair, because let’s face it, working on a farm in hot weather does not make for clean suits and stylish hairdos.
Overall artwork nice
The icons in the bottom right corner, plus the icons of the upgrades for the different sections of the farm look so good. They didn’t go with simplistic cell-shading with pixel art, instead everything looks a bit messy which oddly enough, makes the images look a bit better in regards to what they represent.
