Explanation to Negative Feedback

Lab needs some work

Sani Yang's Laboratory

First, I won’t go into the research work you can do in the lab because the demo just basically introduces it to us. We don’t really get to explore much for new artifacts.

Second, when you interact with something that has a green beacon, the text for it disappears way too fast. I couldn’t read some of it, and when you click again there’s new text until you exhaust all the information.

I’m also not really used to moving around top-down sections of games and seemed like I was just going all over, and I don’t really know how to explain it, but I’m also thinking this just might be me.

Explanation to Positive Feedback

Menu UI clean

Sani Yang's Laboratory
Clean menu UI at the bottom

I’m so happy I came across a visual novel that doesn’t have the UI at the bottom all pressed up against one another like people on a Bangladesh train. This game proves you can have the menu bar down there without it being intrusive, mainly because it’s got a transparent background, and not every icon is explained in words.

Great artwork

Sani Yang's Laboratory

I’m not going to gush about it too much, but the character art is so clean and crisp, and they’ve even included a variety of expressions for them. The background are also made very well.

And to top it off, when a character speaks, they have an icon of themselves off to the side. A subtle reminder of who’s speaking.

Voice acting

There is full voice acting for all the characters but you, which is great. I think the VAs did an amazing job and captured the emotions of the characters perfectly.
