Where to find the Serenissima Banner in Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy
The Serenissima Banner is an artefact that goes toward the achievement Hoarder in Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy. In Chapter 2, once the fireworks go off in the carnival, take the staircase on the right, which will lead you to the artefact.

During Chapter 2: Felons, you’re given the objective of following the pieces of cloth to the church.
As you make your way forward, you’ll eventually come across a couple of guards that will search your persons for weapons. Once you make it past them, walking through another archway will have fireworks going off in the distance.
Here, there’s a staircase to the right.
Take them and they’ll lead you to the Serenissima Banner.
Alternatively, you can just walk past the steps and make a right to get to it as well, but it’s just easy to go up and around. Less likely for you to pass it up.
