Necrosis is a visual symptom in the game Quarantine Zone. It’ll look something like a bruise, but will be much darker.

Necrosis
The problem people have with not labeling necrosis correctly, or just overall not knowing what it’s supposed to look like is justifiable because when it’s on the body, it doesn’t look much like the portrayed icon. The icon itself looks as if the skin is basically dying, rotting away, with discoloration to it.
What it looks like on someone’s body is black or dark bruising.
The symptom icon does a very poor job at illustrating it, making most people mistake necrosis for either red bruising or a regular bruise that has a darker coloration.
You might also think it looks like dirt, which an upgrade for the scanner tool will help differentiate.
