Take the Crane Lift
Ride the crane lift down–there’s a button you can press on the right side–and up ahead you’ll see some ruins you can enter.
On the main screen of the ruins, you’ll notice there are levels that you can go through one after another, and each level gives a variety of items that you can see on the lower left hand side. These ruins are a bit different than Portia’s, and that can be both a good and bad thing, up to you to decide but…I’m not a particular fan.
Collect Ore 0/10
There are chunks of Copper Ore that you can find around the ruins that’ll give you the ore you need that Rocky wants, but you’ll also note that there’s an orange-ish color to some of the ground, and that’ll give you ore as well.
Talk to Rocky
Find him and hand over the ore.
