Do Trees Regrow in My Time at Portia?

Tree regrowth in My Time at Portia typically takes 6 days, whether you leave the stumps in tact or not.

I did a test regarding how long it takes for trees to regrow in My Time at Portia and decided that the first test would be to leave the stumps, since there was word that the trees would come back quicker if that were the case.

It’s not.

I chopped a bunch of trees down on the 2nd, but left the stumps behind.

The trees were back in action by the 8th.

I backtracked to my previous save and chopped down the same trees, completely this time. Six days later, they came back.

So no, tree stumps or no tree stumps, it doesn’t matter. The trees take the same amount of time to come back.
