Hyperaggressive Reflex is a symptom within the game Quarantine Zone. After being struck with the hammer, the person will violently slap you.

Hyperaggressive Reflex
Imagine the interpretation of a hyperaggressive reflex being as that of you in a doctor’s office, and when they tap your knee with the hammer, your leg comes up and nails the doctor in the crotch. That’s basically what this is in-game, except you’re being slapped in the face instead.
It’s very visual, and apparently it hurts, because the screen goes red.
I don’t know if this means that you can get slapped several times in a row and die from it, if you keep harassing their arms and legs with the hammer back to back. I haven’t tried and I’m not willing to over simply doing my job.

Where do I send someone with hyperaggressive reflex?
If someone has hyperaggressive reflex, it’s best to place them in Quarantine.
