Green skin is a visual symptom within the game Quarantine Zone. A survivor’s body will have a greenish/yellow coloration to it.

Yes, there are Shreks in this game.

And the green skin isn’t entirely green. It’s more of a sickly yellow, if you ask me. Kind of like snot, you could say.

And since nobody wants a snot-colored person in their neighborhood, they get the infection status and should be sent straight to Liquidation. A bit rude to judge someone on skin color like this, but hey, infections do many things to the human body, and skin tone is one of them.
